Walcha Utility Dog Trial Sponsorship
The Inaugural Walcha Utility Dog Trial held over the weekend of 10th & 11th December @ Walcha Showgrounds was a HUGE success.
With an enormous number of entries for both the sheep and cattle trials, the competition was tough! Events ran over the weekend included Nursery, Maiden, Novice and Open trials where the dogs and handlers were put through their paces.
WalchaEnergy were proudly one of the sponsors of this event and hope to be involved for years to come. Thank you to the committee and competitors who travelled near and far, wonderful to see so many highly skilled dogs and handlers.

The Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) has published the 2022 ISP, a 30 year roadmap for essential and efficient investment in the National Electricity Market (NEM).
The 2022 ISP supports Australia's highly complex and rapid energy transformation, switching from higher-cost, high-emission energy to lower-cost renewable energy, doubling capacity to power transport and industry, and at all times providing consumers with reliable, secure and affordable power.

Walcha Energy invites energy market participants to express their interest in the energy storage capacity and services to be made available from the Dungowan PHES projects and the Uralla Hub BESS. The Storage Capacity Open Season process provides market participants an insight to the energy storage capacity, firming and ancillary services to be made available to the market from the Dungowan PHES projects and the Uralla Hub BESS. Event - The Walcha Show - 22-23 March 2019
The Walcha Energy team attended the 142nd Annual Walcha Show at the Walcha Show Grounds on the 22-23 March 2019.
Over the weekend, the team talked with locals about the project, renewable energy in general and answered a lot of great questions. We were delighted to giveaway nearly 1,000 lollies and stubby holders as well as a Lego Vestas Wind Turbine to a very lucky raffle winner! We look forward to attending again next year! |
